Purée the strawberries in a meals processor, and increase towards the lemon combination, together with the juice of one lemon. Taste and increase more juice as preferred. The lemon flavor must be powerful but shouldn't overpower the strawberries. Pour the mixture into an ice cream equipment and churn until frozen.This was a strawberry-LEMON sorbet
